Zleek Labs provides specialized AI consulting, custom automation solutions, AI-driven receptionist systems, automated workflow architectures, integrated appointment scheduling tools, and related digital transformation services (collectively, the “Services”).
Engagement Specifics: The specific scope of work, deliverables, project timelines, and fee structures are unique to each engagement and will be formally communicated via a Statement of Work (SOW), proposal, or digital checkout process prior to the commencement of Services.
Service Standards: All Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we strive for excellence, Zleek Labs does not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free code unless explicitly outlined in a separate Service Level Agreement (SLA).
By accessing our website or procuring Services, you represent and warrant that:

Interfering with the security, integrity, or performance of our infrastructure or third-party integrations.
Utilizing AI tools provided by Zleek Labs in a manner that violates applicable global laws (including GDPR or CCPA) or the TOS of third-party platforms (e.g., OpenAI, Twilio, or Google).
Zleek Labs reserves the absolute right to suspend or terminate service access immediately upon discovery of a violation of this section.
Our scheduling systems are designed for efficiency. When booking a consultation or technical session:
Information Accuracy: You must provide valid contact details to ensure delivery of meeting credentials.
Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule or cancel appointments via the provided link at least 24 hours in advance.
No-Show Consequences: Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice (“No-Show”) or late cancellations may result in the forfeiture of prepaid deposits or a mandatory re-booking fee.
Company Rights: Zleek Labs reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen technical outages, specialist availability, or force majeure events.
By submitting your contact information, you provide your express written consent to receive electronic communications from Zleek Labs.
Communication Types: This includes appointment confirmations, technical reminders, service-related notifications, and follow-up business correspondence.
SMS Terms: If you opt-in to SMS, message and data rates may apply according to your carrier.

T-Mobile, Verizon, AT&T, and other mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies.
Payment Obligations: Certain Services are subject to one-time fees or recurring subscriptions. All pricing and billing cycles will be disclosed at the point of sale.
Price Adjustments: Zleek Labs reserves the right to modify pricing at its discretion. Such changes will not affect the pricing of currently active, fully-paid contracts but will apply to renewals and new orders.
Authorization: You authorize Zleek Labs (or our third-party processor, such as Stripe) to charge your designated payment method for all applicable fees, including taxes.
Finality of Sale: Unless otherwise specified in a signed agreement, all purchases are final and non-refundable.
Digital Nature: Due to the intensive labor involved in AI automation, custom coding, and consulting, refunds will not be issued once work has commenced, system access has been granted, or digital assets have been delivered.
Discretionary Reviews: Written requests for exceptions may be submitted to management; however, any refund granted is at the sole and absolute discretion of Zleek Labs.
Ownership: All software, proprietary workflows, “prompt engineering” logic, branding, logos, and materials developed by Zleek Labs remain the exclusive intellectual property of Zleek Labs.
Usage License: Upon full payment, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the deliverables for your internal business operations. No rights of resale or redistribution of our underlying code or logic are transferred to the Client.
Zleek Labs provides tools and strategies; we do not provide guarantees.
No Guarantees: We do not guarantee specific financial outcomes, revenue growth, lead conversion volumes, or specific ROI.
Variable Factors: Business success depends on variables beyond our control, including your implementation of our tools, market volatility, and your end-customer behavior.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zleek Labs provides all Services “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. This includes, but is not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that AI outputs will be 100% accurate at all times.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zleek Labs, its officers, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages—including loss of profits, data, or business reputation—arising out of your use of our Services.
Liability Cap: Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the actual amount paid by you to Zleek Labs for the specific Service giving rise to the claim during the three (3) months preceding the event.
Our Services often operate via third-party APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Make.com, GoHighLevel). Zleek Labs is not responsible for service interruptions, data breaches, or policy changes enacted by these third-party providers that may impact your automation workflows.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of [Your State], without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts located within that jurisdiction.
